The Innolux JE070IA-18J 7-inch TFT LCD panel is a high-performance IPS display CELL (without backlight) designed primarily for automotive and industrial display systems. It features 800 × 480 WVGA resolution, TTL interface, and wide viewing angle IPS technology, delivering stable image performance for embedded applications.
Unlike standard LCD modules, this product is a bare LCD cell (no backlight included), allowing system integrators to customize the backlight unit according to project requirements. This makes it ideal for automotive displays, industrial HMI systems, and customized embedded display solutions.
The panel supports 60-pin TTL interface (1-channel, 8-bit) and operates at 3.3V, ensuring compatibility with various embedded control boards and automotive display controllers.
With a wide operating temperature range of −30°C to 85°C, the display is engineered for harsh environments such as vehicle systems and outdoor industrial equipment.
IPS Wide Viewing Angle
